The truck was in excellent condition and well maintained. The prices are very reasonable. Justin was amazing. He was very helpful and respectful. I would highly recommend anyone needing to move to come rent a uhaul from this location.

Anyone who gave less than 5 stars obviously didnt spend enough time in the shop. If I spent another couple minutes talking to Justin, I wouldve put him in my will. Great guy, great service.

Easy service, kind employee and never a problem with pickup or dropoff. Have used this location for dolly rentals twice. And it was a 10 minute affair to pay and be off the lot. Always willing to help.

This review is for this location. Justin was very accommodating. We started off Rocky with the Uhaul Reservation process. I reserved a truck on the 4th of July to be picked up on the 30th. They were supposed to call the night before to tell me where I wold pick up my truck. Mine was one way so it created a different dynamic but I never received a call from the Regional dispatch control..I was so disturbed but I was told Justin's location had a truck one size up from mind and I could get it for the same price.... He is about an hour an a half from my home. I contacted Justin and he was very accommodating. I appreciate him being at the facility and helping me get on the road quickly. Because of this location I will use Uhaul in the future and to tell you the truth I would make the drive again.

They told me one price and then charged me more money the same day without telling me about any of it yes I hated the service and I will never rent from them again

I have never seen better customer service and willingness to accommodate. If the rest of the staff here is even remotely as helpful as Justin, you will have a hassle free experience guaranteed. I live an hour and a half away and will be traveling here for any future rentals.
