AWFUL EXPERIENCE with AMY. I took my daughters to get a balayage color which was supposed to be a soft blend from dark up top to light turned out to be a blotchy uneven color I have tried to call them so that they can fix this instead I got a sarcastic and unprofessional text message blaming my daughters hair color on chlorine damage. She said she would do a root shadow touch up but I am terrified of her touching my daughters hair again she charged me $180 for this service! Don’t let this happen to you!!
