Pooles has become self appointed moral guardian's. They question your doctor.They refuse to refill. They discuss your medical treatment without hepa approval.I'm going mail order. I dont want 2 doctorsTreating me when my time is limited on this earth..

This pharmacy gave wrong information and did not do what they promised to do and refused to accept fault for it. Now, a 6 year old boy will have to suffer without his medication for a month. I had been told by them they would keep a certain NDC number in stock for him because it is the only one that works, this pharmacy is out of the way but we used it because they promised to do this. Then they give the wrong pill and refuse to do anything about it. I will never do business with them again.

Had the ball droppedm next month all .her meds will be done elsewhere. There is no excuse for any of this when it comes to medications as important as insulin. I could almost understand if it was a cough medicine or something less critical, but not really. Sadly everything in the world has become all about the $$$$$$ and doing what the computer says. If doing the right thing and helping humanity isn't profitable enough, then perhaps this pro life / pro faith business owner needs to consider a change of business.

They were very rude, declined filling my medicine that they had filled over the last year. ( because I had a coupon from the company who makes the medicine, that paid for what my insurance did not) My medicine costs well over $1000 and said they were loosing to much money & the lady specifically told me it was about $35 they lost. I would not recommend this pharmacy. On the bright side Walmart pharmacy was happy to fill my medicine with no problem!

Amy from pooles was very rude yesterday when my mother brought her prescription in. She made the comment that it was from the drug house! She doesn't know anyones past nor their circumstances and shouldn't be judging anyone or making them feel less than when they are just trying to fill their medicine! Wont be back!

I tried filling a prescription right for 15 days and still nothing. They said they were waiting on my dr. to send something to get it approved through the insurance and Holley would take care of it on a Friday. Now the next Wed. and still nothing. Pulled my scripts and went to another pharmacy. Too much aggravation.

Ordered some diabetic shoes...after a 4 week wait the company sent the wrong shoes..which is not the pharmacies fault..but every time I would call the pharmacy to speak to person that handles the diabetic shoes she was always on lunch no matter what time of day it was..Not very good communication..No one really wanted to help me..I always felt like I was being put off like I was making "their job difficult" Well when you are at home waiting on something day after day with not a word as to what is going on and then you get the run around when you call it is very frustrating!
