“Do you have any idea how difficult it is to get anyone to answer any line in that store? I've been trying to call bc somehow a bag of merchandise I pd for didn't make it to my cart and I didn't realize until I had gotten home that it was missing. I've been trying to call to see if it was possibly taken to the service desk but no one will answer the phone. That's poor customer service in my opinion”

“Got saddle pad for 200$ here only lasted about two rides and I also got rubber boots from here and mud leaked through them on the first day but I have got a nice saddle stand that took a few crazy kids that came over and is still holding on”
