Great experience great workers amazing people

Definitely had a 10/10 experience thanks to Eric. This worker at the auto parts store went above and beyond to provide assistance to us when we really needed it. We know nothing about cars and he provided us with the best choice on the part we needed and gave us all of the assistance that he could provide on how to place this part in the vehicle. He pointed us in the right direction with tools as well and did all of that with an upbeat attitude and provided amazing customer service to us! Thank you so much to Eric and Auto Zone of Central City. We can't think this worker enough. We will definitely be returning and asking for Eric in the future. This store will be our go to for parts or any automotive needs.

We're a heavy metal band from Wisconsin called Squidhammer. We were stranded on the side of the road with a blown up serpentine belt and were in need of a new tensioner. They took our card over the phone and completely saved us by running the parts out to where we were broken down. Thank you so much guys! You saved Squidhammer!

If you go to the location in central city, I highly recommend asking for Bobbi Campbell she was such a great help to me and my family!! We will definitely choose auto zone a lot more

Travis and bobbi.. are great I'm a truck driver otr.. I broke down heater hose crack.. middle of nowhere.. I call auto zone.. Bobbie and Travis came to my rescue they even went to Walmart to pickup more coolant because auto zone didn't have enough bottles for me.. also when they got to me with the heater hose and coolant.. turns out the heater hose i order was the wrong size.. so they both went back to their store and got me the size i needed.. they both went over and beyond to help me.. thank you guys.. and thank u Auto zone for having amazing employees..
