Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Got a washer and dryer from them and both stopped working in under 2 months and they no-showed twice.

Just got a Fridge last week. Saturday saw a little bug in the fridge. Was looking real close and freaking nasty caked in the cracks in the very back. If I find out it was a roach and that is something I loath there will be consequences. I wasn't the one to get my husband was. Know this I don't stand for nasty. And I will burn my house down with the fridge in it before I share my home with a roach.

I've been dealing with them for a couple of years now. I've bought a 75inch Samsung TV and I went through a divorceEverything was in my name untill my ex went up there and they let him switch it all into his nameI informed them that the TV was something I was buying myself and they let me get another one but not the one I wanted. My TV messed up and they came and got it to fix.... It was gone for 2 months then came back with no remote cuz they lost it. They hound you for they're payment but it's all junk. Over priced junk.

This place us terrible do waste money here they lie and do not work with their customers at all. Will break recovered items to get insurance to pay for them. Very horrible experience

Had been a long time customer of aarons before it became Arona Had bought living room furniture washer and dryer another living room set then I refrigerator the beginning of the contract and payments was fine until it switched names from there the phone calls were rude my fridge broke it was sent off to be repaired return to make covered I mean covered in mold all my food sitting in the floor unable to be put back in the fridge that was returned working but disgusting I spent an hour with mask gloves and bleach trying to clean it before they agreed to come get it this took three times of me calling of course I then tell them I don’t want it back as I’m worried about the mold and safety of my children I’ll just keep the loaner which is bent up and not near the size of mine they say that’s fine they would run it over with their manager phone call after phone call if I need to make my payment and they reminding them of this I finally speak to the manager who tells me they’re unable to do that because the loaner that is smaller cost more than my big now sanitize fridge as an HR employee The lack of communication and customer service is ridiculous after seven years of service through this company I will never use them again nor recommend them

Worst place ever ! Went online to get tv they charged my card even took delivery fee of 25 dollars but never brought the tv and never refuned the money then charged my card again the next month we have called for months to get my money back still nothing and the never call back

Bought a use stove from them they said it works so I said I would take it. He said if it don't work to call him tried calling for 2 days now with no answer, I feel I been legit robbed of $200 for a stove that don't work I give them $200 they give me a $10 stove sounds like crooks to me

Literally the only rent to own place I will ever go to. They have never done me wrong and I will continue to be a customer bc of that. I have successfully paid off a queen box spring and mattress, washer and dryer and a stove. Highly recommend.
