“We have dealt with this Hertz for over a year at least twice a month. They have always been wonderful to deal with. Very professional. One time I got a car that smelled of cigar but they had a rush to get cars ready. I blame this on the renters not the rental company. Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle but some people do it anyway. I rolled the windows down for a bit and we survived. Geez you people complaining are probably the ones damaging the vehicles. Some understanding of what they deal with should make you more patient.”

“Recently I had my car break down on me and like most people I still needed to get to work . I checked all the local rental car places in town and most of them only had 1 or 2 available cars to rent... One was a Tesla but you didn't get the charger..lol the other was a huge truck that was around 107 a day !!! Finally I was referred here and while I have bought a used car from here I didn't think about them for a rental . They got me hooked up for a very reasonable price and I was in the car in 10 mins flat and back to work. They really saved the day for me this week ! Highly recommended”
