If you are moving to cave city KY and need a PO Box do not go to cave city. They lost alot of my mom's things and some of mine. And there only response is sorry. So if you want your mail get a glasgow PO Box. Also if you ask for a key for a mail Box at your location they'll give you the key but will nor change the lock. My mom waiting a month or 2 and in that box was all the stuff she ordered beforehand.

Your a Federal Worker, which makes you a Civil Servant. You work for the people. USPS motto, "Neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor hail shall keep the postmen from their appointed rounds"With that being said, why do I literally watch the mail courier come up to the mailbox, knowing they have to deliver certified mail, do you then proceed to instead of getting out in mild rain, and DELIVER THE LETTER, but instead watch you fill out the we missed you form?!? Inexcusable, and definitely not holding on to the USPS values!

Front desk Woman was incredibly nice and walked me through the steps of sending something for my Mom. Greatly appreciated!

My mail carrier absolutely refuses to drop off my packages and pick up my outgoing packages. She is too lazy to get out of her vehicle. I have tried everything I can think of to get this problem resolved and nothing has worked. Now she has filed a complaint with the postal union that she is scared for her safety to pick up and deliver my packages. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am a 60 year old grandmother, a city commissioner and a Kentucky Colonel. I have never threatened or hurt anyone in my life. My next recourse is to seek the advice of an attorney. All I want is all my mail delivered and picked up. I can't believe this is too much to ask from a mail carrier. She leaves other peoples mail in my mail box and leaves my mail in other peoples mail box. I have gotten peoples mail that doesn't even live on the same street as I do. I have had to start paying all my bills online due to my payments getting lost somehow. I sent my grandson a letter from Santa this past Christmas and he never received it and he lives only a few blocks from me. The people at the Cave City Ky Post Office are all rude. I see that I'm not the only one with this complaint.

She is by far the rudest post office front line worker ever. And not just one time, this is every time I go in there. Get it together Cave City.

They have put our mail in other people's mailbox. We are missing bank statements and other items. The lady in the white van plays her radio to loud you can hear it in the house. When we call and complain they say it was a mistake.

Cave City, KY post office is always leaving my mail with different neighbors and I either don't get it at all or else get it a week or two later. Call about it and very rude when they are told about it. Changes for a week or two then goes back to messing up again. Don't know why they can't do something about this.

Jamie is excellent. Posted Priority package from Park City Post and later realized I used the wrong address. The Park City branch was closed but I knew Cave City was the next stop. I called and Jamie found the package and corrected the address. She saved the customer and the USPS time and money. I appreciate the fine service.
