Staff is friendly however there have been so many mistakes made, received someone else's meds, someone else received our meds, our card charged for someone else on 2 occasions, been charged for medication we stated we were no longer used, medications supposed to be delivered and we're not people make mistakes but there have been so many in a short amount of time and it worries me that I will be given incorrect medication at some point. I had to go elsewhere

Aneesa is very rude and hateful. She isn’t friendly at all. She acts like it kills her to do her job. She doesn’t want to work. She has an attitude when a customer asks her for help. She basically accused me of lying to her. I just transferred all of my prescriptions and I will no longer deal with her again! Good riddance Aneesa! You just lost thousands a year in business from me!

Just left after an absolutely fantastic pharmacy experience! I am a Registered Nurse, and my family and I are on vacation. My five year old caught an ear infection. We are 5 hours from home. Parkland Drugs took care of us in a matter of minutes. Could not be more pleased with their service and kindness. I wish more people cared the way they do. Keep up the good work!!!
