This was about a month ago, but I haven’t forgotten their amazing service.I had a tire blow out in a large box and it damaged my fender. I was lucky the first call was to crossroads. It was late in the day and the tire shops were closing. So they found the tire I needed and changed my tire on the side of the row. Kevin and Jackson even went above & beyond by removing my damaged fender, and helping to secure my wheel well. They did this all while in the dark and in a timely manner. I can’t thank them enough for everything.

John was absolutely amazing in taking care of my driver. Very communicative and let me know exactly what was going on. I felt he was very attentive to not only my drivers need, but my questions as well. Very reasonable. Would highly recommend, and would use his exceptional service again. Thank you!

I buy and sell old cars and use CTS to transport all of them. They're reliable and take the best care of my vehicles. They're also super responsive and there when I need them fast. The entire staff has been friendly over the years as well! I highly recommend them.

Sent guy out to repair my vehicle,he got lost to begin with took 2 hours to find me in southbound rest area. Thought that would be easy to find,guess not. Quoted me a price to do repairs,I agreed to price 4 hours later for 1.5 hours still not done guys google to know how to do water pump. Finally gets done tried double bill me after we agreed on price to begin with. I wrote a check instead for price we agreed on,and left.not even 20 miles later had to redo what he had done myself 100 dollars worth of anti freeze and over half a day wasted. Don't ever use them if you can avoid it.

I can't say enough about these guys. Our family was on our way home from a trip to WV. Passing through the Munfordville area at 9PM on a rainy Saturday night, we hit a deer - leaving the car undrivable. Our insurance company was less than helpful in securing us a tow - with an ETA of 2 hours. We then got Crossroad's number, and they were on scene within 25 minutes. They safely got me, my wife, and our 2 kids off the side of the road and took care of our vehicle with immense professionalism and expertise. Our driver, Jeff (I believe), was friendly, helpful, and QUICK! So thankful for Crossroads Towing and the work they do so well! Thanks, team!!

I have several friends who have used their services....they are fast...friendly and reliable ...from Clifton and his crew all the way down to the office staff.....If I'm ever in need they WILL BE the first place I would call....can't go wrong folks...

We needed to get a machine loaded in Leitchfield and were having trouble finding a company that could get to it soon enough. I was looking for a forklift and called Crossroads and they informed me that they could load the machine for me. They were cheaper, faster and professional.

I worked with Jeff and Clifton and they are both wonderful people, they did a great job on top of having fair rates. That's a rare find since it can be pretty difficult to find a towing company that won't take you over the coals.

I had a semi-truck run out of fuel in Lexington KY. Truck turns over but dies out... so I call towing to bring semi-truck back to Bowling Green, KY. They first tell me it will be 2 hour ETA, well it was 5 hours until they arrived. DeWayne Redford came to the scene and tried to tow truck/trailer without removing the driveshaft or disconnecting anything. Later down the line 0.5 miles, the truck locks up because you can't tow a automatic without disconnecting anything. He gets out of truck and disconnects the driveline (as pictured in photo)... well the truck comes back to Bowling Green KY and we fix the fuel issue, just to find out Dewayne Redford ruined the transmission from trying to tow it in neutral (pictured below). Came to him at first and he agreed to fix the issue, later to chase him around a week and half and he states it is not his problem.Not to mention they tried to tow truck/trailer with a single axle tow rig. Very illegal.Service: Special vehicle towing
