“Our car broke down on i65 at midnight and was towed to a hotel. I called precision automotive early in the morning the next day before they opened and left a msg. Russ called me back right away. I had the car towed in at 11am and Russ troubleshot the problem, ordered our fuel pump, picked it up, and installed it and had us on the road by 2pm. Russ even came and got me at the hotel after he finished repairing our car since I had no ride. His prices were extremely reasonable and came in less than expected. We can't thank Russ enough for getting us back on the road to our vacation so fast especially after a tramatic night for our 4 year old and 8 year old waking up in the car to being stuck on the side of the freeway for a few hours the night before. I promise you, you will have a great experience with Russ. He is not only a great honest business owner, but a witty, friendly human being. I wish he was located in delaware, ohio where I live. I would take all my business to him. I csnt thank you enough for your help Russ. Wish you the absolute best!”
