Today I purchased my normal Hyde N Bar as I always do and I opened it to hit it, had no flavor, it wasn’t really hitting. I called them and let them know about it. They let me get a different one. Every once in awhile you’ll come across a Hyde that isn’t great and it’s not their fault, I truly appreciate the customer service the employees at Strictly Tobacco gave me today. Excellent people, excellent prices, great service. What more could you ask for?”

“They give dog treats. They have good prices.The manager won't let me take pictures inside, to show you everything they sell, I don't know why. I told him I was a level 7 local Google guide but he doesn't understand, I suppose it's because he is a foreigner.
