Took my vehicle here to see exactly what the problem was. Gentleman, which happened to be the owner, helped me within minutes of being there. Showed me what the problem was and what the cost would be to fix it. Honest garage with affordable rates. Definitely making an appointment to have repairs done.

Scratched up my rims then tried to lie out of it once confronted, once that didn't work all they had to say for themselves was. " well they ain't new". That place sure went downhill after new ownership.

They stole my Catalytic converter and attempted to steal my stereo system,. Be careful who you trust trust, they also charged for work they didn't do and took a hammer to my transmission.

I had a nail in my tire but it maintained pressure just fine, so I only needed a quick fix. I called a few area shops and was told I'd have to leave my car for a couple days for the fix and offered no appointment, which is absurd. I called Gate City and got a much better answer, went the next morning and was out and back on the road quickly. Friendly, knowledgable staff and a clean waiting environment. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back for any future needs.
