Credit card readers are all inoperable, at least on the hand wash stations. Came back with quarters, it was OUT of SOAP. Two trips and $2.50 in quarters for some spray water, no foam brush, no spray soap, nothing. Called the phone number for service issues, of course no one picked up and the voice mail was full. The only reason I go here is that it's in our neighborhood. Will go elsewhere from now on.

Never again, 12$ for a car wash and my car still has bird poo still all over it, the water that's spotless ? spots all over the car now I have to pay to have it done right

The credit card readers take your card, charge you the initial $2.50 but the hand car wash tool never turn on. You can't stop the timer until it charges you the $2.50. There is a phone number on the machine but it just goes to a generic answering machine that is full. You cannot speak with anyone or even leave a message.

If I could give this business a zero you know I would I was stuck in there for about 20 minutes I called the emergency hotline which they were not responsive in an emergency time manner so after 20 minutes it starts to work then the guy calls me didn't really care as long as it's working now he didn't care that I wasted 20 minutes of my time then apologize for jack s*** he says well maybe you weren't at the stop that I was because it turned red I wanted to back out but I didn't want to risk damaging my truck so he was trying to find a reason why it didn't work meeting it had to be my fault where his car wash had a glitch but you know as long as I'm not stuck anymore but you know as long as I can get out I will never come here ever again so if you guys want a better service better quality go to Mr. car wash and Layton do not go here have a great day

Paid $12 dollars and the right hand side of our F250 didn't get rinsed or sprayed at all. The left side water sprayed but not the right. Looked for a number to call so other people don't waist their money but couldn't find one. Truck was covered in soap on the right side had to drive to another spray car wash to hand spray it off again.Service: Auto detailing

This goes for ALL of these self-wash places, CHECK to make sure the sprayer/brush work before you put in your money.If there is someone in front of your washing and it looks good (lemming rule), go for it. If not, don't be the one to find out it's broken.In defense of these places, their business model and pricing does not support having staff there 24/7. That, coupled with more and more people living out of their vehicles or traveling/van-life, and the amount of extra wear and tear on these facilities recently (as well as people who abuse the equipment) is impossible for the owners to keep up with or fix quickly with supply shortages.So buyer beware (this goes for ALL places like this) but in my experience, and I have been coming here a while on my way back from late season skiing, Playa camping, or cross-country/semi-cross-country, is more than acceptable.Fun hack for these places is to bring your own sponge/glove and not use the brushes. Always better their their brushes which people use to wash all kinds of vehicles, and toys, and even the undersides of their vehicles and under the hood.

I paid 10 dollars and the left side was completely out of washing foam.. Completely waste of money.. Will never be back..I need a phone number!!.. HorribleService: Car waxing

Paid $10 for wash. Completely skipped the first step of presoak, no soap involved at all. Phone number not posted in order to contact someone. Nothing posted regarding that the wash on the left side was out of service ??

Paid 8.00 for the automatic wah since I was on a hurry and had my dog who had never been in a car wash and I was afraid he would freak with water blasting the car. After it sprayed the precast all over my car it quit working. I called the phone # listed for problems and got a recording. I then was very frustrated and had to pay another $3.00 to rinse my car. I tried to put a hold on my debit card but it wasn't able to be done. Hopefully the owner will contact me and refund my money. I will post if he does. If I don't post it means you can rely on this car wash. Add: Marcus called me the next day very apologetic. He refunded me the full 8.00 for the was and the 3.00 I had to spend washing the soap off. A very honorable thing to do. Im changing my rating from a 1 to a 5.

Good car wash.. 12$ is the most expensive wash offered. Did an ok job. Didn't get all the debri off my car. But you don't have to get out of your car so that's awesome!
