Looks like my post was deleted. But I bought a Jeep off of Scott couch we made three payments and started having serious problems we took it to the shop and there is so much wrong with that jeep that they even called Scott couch and Scott said that we wasn't making any payments that's why he hasn't helped us. Now mind you the day that it broke down we had just made our third month payments and I called and asked for help and there was nothing he could do for me he said that he would work with me on the 4th month's rent in order to get this Jeep fixed well it's impossible to keep this Jeep fixed for less than what he's asking for it so we did not make the fourth month payment which is in August next month's payment isn't due until September 1st

I have bought a couple vehicles from Scott Couch over the years and never had a problem, never missed a payment and was even told we was the best customers he had and didn't mind for us to make payments. The last vehicle we bought was a 04 jeep grand cherokee laredo. It ran fine the first 2 months but it broke down right after our 3rd payment. Had a mechanic look at it to say the differncal wax so worn down over time, that it broke and messed up the transfercase. I call for a trade in, he wouldn't do it. I asked for the payment of it getting fixed to be took off the $5000 we are paying for it to be took off, said he couldn't do it. After he admitted to me it was his fault for not telling me the 4 wheel drive was broke. He refuses to help us fix it and still expects us to make payments. I advise that NO ONE buys off this man. He sells lemons to good decent people and don't fix his mistake.

This is a shady ran buisness. The owner buys all of his cars out of Ohio at auctions so be warned there are extra fees involved while buying. Also he overcharges for his vehicles. Now I know he makes money doing this but selling a car for 3k that blue books for $1,800 and has a multitude of problems isn't right. He will tell you little things that are easy to identify but wont tell you about the real problems which are usually expensive to fix. Now I have worked with this man a few times now and just my opinion it's not worth the price or the time it takes or the hardship that you will most likely endure. And just as a side note he tells you he drives each one here from Ohio and it seems to be running good but I personally have seen 5 of the cars get patch jobs on their journey to his lot and every time he will lie about them also lastly you wanna know what he paid for them it's usually about $100 more than what he wants you to pay as the deposit.

A friend of mine bought a truck at Riverside Auto Sales in Carrollton Ky and didn't have it 24 hrs and it locked up on him. He changed the oil before this happened and it was blackwater. Went back to see Him and he acted like old well. Please don't buy from him unless you have a mechanic see it first

CHECK HIM OUT..THE BBB HE ADVERTISES IS NOT HIS.... HE IS NOT LISTED AND HAS POOR RATINGS FOR EVERYTHING NOW..YELP, ETC....do not buy from this dealer..sold a single mother with 3 kids a car that had major problems with brakes, barrings, axle, struts and 4 day after purchase...problem identified by mechanic. Called Steve Couch..he refused to handle major problem. Spent 2500 on this car. He will sale you a defective vehicle under fraud. Spend money here at your own risk..have to take him to court to try to get him to be honest in meantime no transportation nor money to get new one. Brandy Franks is now single mom with no way to get to work....he hung up when we called politely to get resolved.
