Very rude they WILL make you wait especially if you are not a regular. They once sent me on a wild goose chase for info about my insurance that they thought I would NEVER come up with. But low and behold it wasn't long that I came back with exactly what they wanted But rest assured I stood there for at least a half hour with no one else in line before they let me prove them wrong. Find a new pharmacy. This Walgreens sucks

I worked here the management doesn't care at all for its employees and no one has any respect for each other that they will argue right in the middle of the store, also that cashier Betty doesn't check id's on alcohol so they should lose their liquor license who knows how many underage sales she's made

There is always expired candy on the shelf. Prices don’t always match what register says. Unfair treatment of employees. Lack of anyone with true management skills on front end.

They loose renewals, auto refill hasn’t worked since it became Walgreens even though I have updated the info and informed them 5 times for both my husband and I. They keep failing to call dr to auth. refills when refills expire and have even forgot me when I go in to get prescriptions, making me wait because they did not process prescription as indicated then wait again to refill forgetting I was waiting.The cashier at the pharmacy window, a young girl is very unfriendly and makes me feel like I’m burdensome. I Never do reviews unless I have a great experience but I’m so fet up with this pharmacy that I needed to say something! Most staff is polite and friendly. I feel that most are really struggling with the system or ??

I do not understand all of the extremely negative reviews of the Walgreens in Carrollton, KY. I have visited several times this year, for scrips and other items, and my experiences were positive. The pharmacy staff has proven to be patient, informative, and courteous. The checkout staff up front are very friendly and super nice. Walgreens is a nice, clean store with great products. I often do some grocery shopping there to avoid Kroger. If customers are having great difficulty with a scrip, they should contact their provider to see if there is a holdup on that end. At times, my PCP staff was on lunch, so there was a bit of delay in faxing my scrip. A lady pharmacist once worked through her lunch to make sure she caught my scrip when it arrived. I love Walgreens Carrollton.

For all that is holy, do not even bother coming to this place. I have no words. Ever since Walgreens took it over from rite aid it's a nightmare. Like it or not- a fresh, robust Marlboro is the only thing that can put a baby down for the night.

The pharmacy employees are incompetent at best. I called numerous times to set on hold for at least 15 before hanging up. When you go in to pick up your medication they're standing there doing nothing and act very rude when you mention it. Walmart's was d**** but may have to change back.

I've had the most unpleasant time of being on hold for over 2 hours afraid to hang up and having to call back and wait 2 more hours!!! Very slow response on the phone and drive thru!!! The only reason I'm at this Walgreens is because my normal local pharmacy closed it's doors and this is where I was transferred to!!! Will be switching to Kroger's Pharmacy very soon!!!!!! Atl east they answer the phrase short staffed as they are!!!

This pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever gone to. I am only here because my normal pharmacy closed their doors. The staff is rude, they do not anwser the phone. My husband was without his diabetes meds for 6 days because of this situation, they told me for a week it will be ready the next day. So they don't anwser the phone so you have to drive there just to be told it's not ready. I will be going elsewhere

This store is completely unprepared for the new customers it obtained by Walgreens buying out and shutting down several local pharmacies. On hold for over 40 minutes and still wasn’t able to speak to anyone, leave a message or have a call back at a later time. Also please don’t call people “honey” when you do answer the phone. Will be taking my prescriptions to Kroger.

I switched to this pharmacy from Kroger because they were so horrible and now Walgreens is just as bad. They don’t answer their phone. You call the store and ask to be transferred and they still don’t answer. No matter how long you hold the recording never changes. There is always more than 3 callers ahead of you. They are HORRIBLE!!!!

The pharmacy sux. Rx’s are never ready when they say they’ll be, usually a 20 to 45 minute wait. So much for the lunch hour. Can’t/won’t manually key in an insurance Rx card when the card reader can’t read it. Lose Rx’s called in by the VA medical staff. Total lack of knowledge.

Yeah this is not good our pharmacy closed we get sent here someone called said they were putting our information in that didn't happen now my daughters medicine is late and all messed up which I made sure to make a point it's a med that this could not happen with here we are on hold . 25 min's ?
