I have never had a good experience with them!! I have been trying to get my meds since 9 am and showed back up for the third time at 4pm for them to tell me to come back tomorrow because they needed verified. Absolutely ridiculous

They lose prescriptions all the time. They close the drive-thru window just because the register isn’t working instead of going to another register. Most of the staff are as RUDE as they can be. It’s ridiculous and if my insurance didn’t require me to go there I wouldn’t. I usually go 36 miles out of my way and go to the Walton Kroger Pharmacy so I don’t have to deal with them.

I had to wait 40 minutes for the pharmacy to take care of 5 customers in front of me. This is the worst pharmacy in the world. Why it takes 8 minutes per transaction.I dont know but this in an absolute joke! I will never come to a kroger pharmacy ever again!

Worst place to go to get prescriptions filled. Ridiculously long waits in store and drive through regardless of what time of the day only to find out that even by close to closing time that meds are still not filled when they've had the script all day. Krogers used to be a great pharmacy but unfortunately has declined drastically over the past several months. Will definitely be switching to another pharmacy that doesn't make it such a hassle to get our medications.

Corporate has cut staff to the point where there may be 12 people in line (in the store) and 15 cars in the drive thru. This is unfair to the pharmacy staff and customer. This really happened.

Doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week always a wait. I have currently been sitting behind 2 cars for over 30 minutes! I have never seen a pharmacy with always 6 or more employees working be this slow every single day of the week all hours they are open!

I'm not sure what the deal is at Kroger's of Carrollton, but we no longer go there and drive to Lagrange. I stood for 10 minutes, the only customer, 3 people behind the counter and finally gave up leaving without deli meat. They definitely need some employee training on polite customer service. Cashiers as well. What I did purchase seemed to be interrupting the bearded cashier. Thanks for reminding why I drive to Lagrange!
