I had called a couple big tax companies for information on my late filing and didn't get the help I needed. But when I talked to Jackson Hewitt, the lady covered my best option and explained the reasoning my option held. She was very kind and helpful in learning the process the government followed in my late filing.I actually met with the spokeswoman several different times and on multiple days. She was very knowledgeable and kind dealing with myself and my ex-wife. It felt like I was the most important client she had. That helped me to open up with my issues with no shame. I have recommend Jackson Hewitt to all my friends and family. I just wished I would have been able to gain their personal loan against my return.

Jackson and Hewitt Tax Pro, Susan Garcia does a great job on my tax returns every year. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in her job and I definitely recommend her.

I'm always thrilled when I get my w2's I call it "Jackson Hewitt time" I've been going through Jackson Hewitt year after year and each year they always seem to surprise me with my returns they always get me the money back which allows me to take care of my family and children...
