Kevin was very knowledgeable, took close to 3hrs helping my GF and I. HE took great pains to educate on us on trap shotguns. We bought several items, prices were very competitive, close to online pricing or even better. Great old fashioned, well stocked store..cluttery but in a GREAT way!! Definitely be back!!!

Always a great place to buy guns and ammo. Very professional and reasonable prices. My last 20 or so guns have been bought here along with several thousand rounds of ammo.

My fiance works for a company who provides this company is the supply's for them and then you have to pay anything after a certain amount went to exchange the boots because of an and uncomfortableness the moment hewalked in the door I knew he was gonna have an issue do to his color mind u the boots were not even 2weeks old the older women who is obviously stuck in her ways gave him so much disrespect and doubt it was a true sh ??show needless to say he will be working in Boots that we couldn't afford more be ideal for a 12 shift much less then holding up for more than a week . Idk what there problem is there but they keep that up they won't be in business much longer . (We all bleed Red) you old lady

Great experience from Glauber's each time I have visited. Kevin upstairs very helpful, knowledgeable, and has always been eager to share / answer questions. Ladies @ checkout desk downstairs friendly & pleasant. Have purchased several guns, ammo, etc. over the past year here. Frankly, in today's world, I cannot think of a better place to purchase firearms and related equipment between Louisville & Cincinnati. Not a fancy place from the street but inventory & service has been excellent!

Found this little gem of a family business about 4 months ago and have returned several times. I’m not much into bow’s as rifles and great 1911’s spark my interest. However, they have a great selection of guns. I, especially, enjoy talking to the fellow behind the counter. Great conversation about guns and he is so knowledgeable. I stop in when I’m in the area. Love their shop!

Guy behind the counter was rude and just seemed to be in a bad mood. Other guy wasn't much better. I used to like coming here on and off over the years but not anymore

I don't remember the gentleman's name that helped me out with a gun purchase on 2/15/23, but he was helpful, friendly, answered my questions and I was really happy with the whole experience. I bought a new Israeli Masada, the salesman helped me make the decision, helped me find a holster, answered my questions about ammo, and I'm pleased with the purchase. I'll definitely be back to browse and shop with them.

I went in here to send a package back for my wife because they have UPS services. I really didn't want to ask for some reason they ignore me and have really bad customer service in general. Maybe I don't look like I have any money, they would be surprised. None the less, the rude owner asked me what I had and then proceeded to spell it out really loudly and tell me I went to the wrong place, part of the label said ups and part said usps. Could have been explained to me a lot nicer, instead some idiot was standing there laughing at me and she was being rude like every other time I've been there. Do yourself a favor and go to any other sporting goods place in the area

We've been doing business with this establishment for over forty years, bought guns, scopes, feeders, bows,shoes every year, went there today and they were very rude and arrogant wouldn't even bother to look at the gun I wanted to trade in, the fellow behind the counter acts like he doesn't want to even be there, as far as John he's not near as acomadating as his dad randy or his namesake his grandfather. Needless to say I won't be going back.
