Our son being a first time buyer was treated with great respect and was approved within 30 minutes. Mark was a great salesman and I think our family found the dealership they will be dealing with. Worth the 2 hour drive.

Stopped in for a tire replacement while traveling. They destroyed the wheel on my brand new F350 and then when I got home I found out after going to my local Ford dealership that they also destroyed the inside of the brand new tire that I purchased from them. It wasn’t safe and I shouldn’t have been driving with the tire in that condition so I had to replace the tire again. I’m hoping I will have all the damaged covered by Marshall Ford. I will update this post with their response soon**Update - Service manager has agreed to pay for all damage. I was glad they made it right**

It's a real nice and friendly atmosphere. They made me feel at home and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond of what I needed done to the vehicle I just purchased. They will definitely be getting more business from me in the future. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I took my vehicle for a warranty claim repair in early September 2023. I was told they needed to order a part for the repair that would take about a month for them to receive. The dealership called me the week of October 9th and scheduled an appointment for 10/31/23 for the repair. I took my vehicle in, they couldn’t find my ticket and then couldn’t do the repair that day. After a long wait they provided me with a vehicle to drive home. Two weeks later they contacted me and said they still didn’t have my car done but needed to switch me loaner vehicles. I still do not have my car back on 11/28/2023, and cannot get to a live person anytime I try to call. I would NEVER recommend this dealership solely based on this experience. I purchased the vehicle there, and won’t be a repeat customer.

They gave me a fair price to repair my truck, then they raised the price after 2 months almost 500 percent. They truck was not repaired properly and now is in the same condition as it was to start. It took 2 1/2 months to get my truck back. Beware of Marshall Ford, they wilk lie to a person and try to cheat a person.

Vehicle shopping has never been one of my favorite things to do. I usually stay home and let my husband do the wheel and dealing then he calls me or comes home and I go the next day. This time we both went and I highly recommend Marshall Ford dealership for your next vehicle. Brook Doll the salesman again provided great help in our selection of a car. We have been doing business with Brook for over 26 years. The team staff at Marshall Ford was very professional, friendly, helpful and great to work with. They all made us feel very welcome.

Pay attention to the other low reviews! I wish we would have. We bought a 2020 F-350 on August 17th. Even though they knew we were driving over 1.5 hours to get there, the truck was not cleaned or gone over. There were receipts and parts still in the truck from when someone drove it last. We drove it for less than 6 days and then had to have it towed due to it not starting. I tried to work with them on getting the repairs covered and they only ended up paying for half of the first needed repairs. And the only reason they did that is because the salesperson told us some of the parts were new and they were not. Needless to say, it's October 25th and the truck is still in the shop due to not starting. Turns out it's something with the fuel system which we were told was all replaced as well. Luckily we went to a different dealer and bought an extended warranty through them that's covering the $3,500+ repair bill. Owned the truck for just over 2 months and I have been able to drive it for less than 6 days! Sales tried to help my situation, but from the sounds of it, management only cares about their bottom line and not about their customers and the care they give them. I 100% will NEVER buy another car from them and would NEVER recommend anyone else do so.

Do not ever buy a vehicle from this place. They sold a truck to my boyfriend With a bad ball joint. Two days after buying it, he sends it back to be fixed because he bought the warranty. They have had it for three weeks almost. He just picked it up and drove not even five minutes down the road and now a wrecker has to come get it because the steering linkage has come completely lose. Before this, he had to go to the courthouse to fix an issue of his name spelled wrong on the title and registration because the dealership is lazy and doesn't check how to spell peoples names. Everyone on the phone is rude and stupid. Wouldn't trust a soul here.

If you buy a vehicle here don’t bother paying for the detail and ceramic package, or you’ll be in the same situation as us! When we get oil changes, we get a “free” detail each time as well as a ceramic coating applied, leather repairs if needed, etc.Every time we have an appointment, there’s an issue. Every single time. It never fails! We had a 9am appointment for detail and a 1pm appointment for an oil change.Dropped truck off at 8:45am, oil change was done by 10am. Yet here it is, 4:30pm and the detail and ceramic STILL isn’t finished! Hadn’t even be started at 2pm when I left to come home. They definitely pick sales over their schedule and that isn’t a way to run a business! They’ve already gotten our money, but favoring others over ours.Believe me when I say, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we have came here for our oil changes, which include the detail and the ceramic, there is ALWAYS an issue and an excuse to go along with it! Every single time.If it wasn’t for the “service agreement” we purchased through them (which we regret wholeheartedly), we absolutely would NOT visit this dealership EVER again.

If you want a lemon this is the place to go. I bought a car from there. It was making a noise when I bought it and the washer fluid didn't work. They said they would fix it. 1st time I took it in they didn't fix the problem they did something else. 2nd time they fixed the windshield fluid and did the brakes not the control arm. I've taken it to other places and they only told me the control arm. I get my car back and the front end is smoking....caliper sticking and it gets better now my check engine light is on. Buying from here has been a nightmare. I just wanted the 2 things fixed and I do appreciate the other things but I feel they can't fix anything right because now my front tires are smoking and check engine light is on. They've caused me more problems. 1 star is far to many for them.

I had a tire blow out while driving on 71. Pulled into Marshall and they replaced my tire and treated me very well. Great service. Katie stopped what she was doing and ran to a tire distributor to pick up the tire my truck needed. Thank you!!!

I drove up there (2.5 hours) October 1st last year (2022) to test drive a 3/4 ton red Super Duty 4x4 with less than 30k miles. They wanted around $60K for it which is close to the cost of a new truck. I tried to talk them down some and would have given $53-54K at the time. They wouldn't budge on the sale price saying that they'd get that price for it and that there wasn't any more trucks in the country at the time. I got the lunatic look when I talked about a $50k offer to start off by the sales manager and then blown off as he walked away. I left and made it a nice day off for me and my wife visiting the local state park at Butler which was very nice. I just got an email from them (out of the blue) and looked at their inventory and they still have that SAME truck 11 months later only with 36K+ miles now. Priced at $56-57K today. I gave three stars because there was nothing lost but gas and time and nothing gained except for the test drive.I bought the same truck in F350 brand new for $63K on the road this past February from a different dealer. We just couldn't come to any meeting of the minds there and the way that manager turned his back on me I probably wouldn't go back. The kid salesman was nice enough and let me do the test drive which allowed me to decide I wanted the 7.3 gasser rather than the diesel when I did buy one. My new truck is pictured below and it has taken us to Arizona/Colorado and back and to Mississippi and back as well this year. Good truck.

Really good experience with Marshall Ford. Fair trade and a fair overall out-the-door price for one of Ford's hottest products (Ford Bronco). I traveled almost an hour to see the advertised Bronco and Marshall didn't disappoint once I got there. Quick and easy transaction along with delivering everything they promised.

Have had my truck for 3 or 4 months within my first 2 days of having the truck it threw a turbo code when I notified them they said possibly a new turbo but they would order all the parts and when it happened again they would fix it.(I bought there warranty) when my truck threw the code again they said keep driving if they couldn’t get me in for 3 weeks do to low staff which I understand. When I finally got the truck in the told me it was fixed and all it was, was a couple hoses come loose and they fixed them. (I believe if hose claps and hoses come of a turbo it will do more then throw a code). I’ve had it a full 24 hours and I am missing my gear pattern on my dash (electrical) and I now have a traction control light on and advanced hill start light. Side note: before I bought the truck they put new tires on it and didn’t align them and 1 month in I had to buy two new tires and the A/C never worked and they said “it’s not covered under warranty” luckily I got away with fixing it for 200$

I didn’t specifically receive service at this location, but I can say that the folks working here are top notch. While on a road trip with family, a piece of sheet metal on the highway got under our vehicle and partially broke off the protective shielding under the car, leaving it dragging under us. We pulled off into a Walmart near here to investigate, and three employees from Ford saw us struggling to fix it. They quickly helped us fix the issue and got us back on the road. They wouldn’t accept any compensation for their services, but we really wanted to show our appreciation. I didn’t catch their names, but these guys deserve a raise, I can only imagine their customer service is always this great. Thanks again guys!
