The Casey’s in Carrollton Ky is absolutely horrible. The bathrooms were unbearable with urine all over the floor. Sodas were out, creamer was out for coffee, it was dirty in the whole place, nobody greeted anyone or spoke to anyone, they looked to be very unstaffed.
It’s most definitely not my normal Casey’s experience and I will not be back to go inside!

I come into this Casey’s every single day after work and sometimes twice, and I always get my Horchata in the foam cup for 94 cents. The staff usually knows me well enough that sometimes they’ll even let me walk out because the line is long and they know thats all I’m getting. Today, however, was frustrating.
You were out of the foam cups (24oz), so I went with the smaller cups (18oz) for myself and my two kids. I spent over $5 on three drinks when it’s usually less than $3 when we get larger drinks!
I realize it’s a small dollar amount, but that doesn’t make it any less important. For some people, every dollar matters. What I ask is simple: please get your inventory and pricing aligned. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for downsizing cups because of stock issues, especially your loyal regulars.

Best place in town to get ice like Sonic. Just wish you could buy it by the bag. Good pizza, wings, and donuts. Sometimes a little slow but not all the time.

Why can't you call the store and get someone to answer when you've had a problem, having an automated service sucks and is piss poor customer service !!!!!!!

My family and I have made a habit of buying soft serve icecream and slushies at this location. This evening we stopped in for a treat and there were no cups for soft serve. I asked the worker if there were any available. She acted as if she were doing me a favor to stop her conversation and help me. After a fruitless search for cups, I suggested to just use a small drink cup. She informed me I could not fill it up and if I did it would cost more, whatever that means. I made a futile attempt to explain that the cup was half the diameter of the regular cup and would actually hold less product. You can look up the math if you want, but I assure you that a cup that is twice the diameter of another will hold four times as much. I lost a bet when I was ignorant of this fact. At this point I just turned and left. We did like the store, however after this experience, we most likely will not return. If I had been the employee, I would have gotten the cup that was available and sold the icecream. That is the idea. Thank you for your consideration.

Gas Station serving Pizza. I order pizza from here about every day. It's usually pretty good but some times they only have the pineapple & sausage pizza which I don't really like. Otherwise, pretty clean and well stocked store.

The one down fall is you can never get a gas receipt outside. You have to go in because it is always out of paper! Just walk out there and fill them up it's not hard!
