Really good service. They helped me find the windshield wipers for my Jeep Trail Hawk and they put them on for me. I am 4' 9" and this would be hard for me. Thank you so much!

Carrollton ky lady named Tracy was so rude and hateful she was yelling about the battery cores we brought in . Then she said that to tell corporate and she wanted a vacation she claimed that she didn’t like her job and she was just me of the rudest people I’ve ever met I feel bad for her co-workers

Went to pick up stuff needed for an oil change. Items were easy to find and were on a special. I bought the oil and received the filter free. The staff on the other hand were not as helpful. No greeting as I entered the store, I was the only one in the store, and there were several employees. Nobody asked if I needed assistance. They didn't even ask if I found everything okay once I arrived at the counter. AutoZone is a great store and I prefer them over other parts stores in the area but staffing is an issue as with most businesses. I recommend doing the research before you go to the store and figuring out what parts you need, and part number(s). That way you know you're getting the correct items.

I needed a part for my truck. They said they could have it by the end of the day and would call me when it arrives. They called and were nice. This place does well here I’ve never had a bad experience in the years I’ve lived in the area.

No one would help me at counter, at the very least someone could have said we see you it will be a few minutes. But, didn't even acknowledge I was in store. Left and went to advanced auto.
