Terrible customer service! Towed my vehicle to his shop against my wishes (I was very clear where I wanted my vehicle towed) to gain additional money from the insurance company; crooks! Not trustworthy!

My friend always calls this location for any of his automotive needs. He purchased a lift kit for his truck they had it done in 3 days. The clerk said if it was not finished in 3 days she would allow him to borrow her personal vehicle.(may not apply to everyone) That is guaranteed great service!!! We will definitely be back for more detailed work for the truck. They checked the brakes and had the go ahead to change them and could had charged him for it. And Todd shook his hand and said ur brakes are fine. Most places would had charged him and never put new ones on. Brett enjoys spending money on his truck and since he saves so much by coming to this place I enjoy it also....

I do not recommend Todd Nolley auto sales and service due to they kept my item for 3 weeks for a bed liner job with no calls or warning I stopped in to check on it still not done then ms Nolley was rude about it after they lied to me an told me the job would be done in a few days
