Was just there about an hour ago. If you want to go to a sallys go here. I wish I would have caught her name but the sales associate with the platinum blond purple/pink and blue hair is amazing and so helpful. Artic fox was definitely the way to go and she was amazingly helpful with the colors. I always used manic in the past but after knowing I didn't even have to bleach my hair and seeing the purple take I will forever be hooked on this. Brand. Don't waste your time going up to etown or anything. Go here. And if you need help picking a funky color for your hair. I hope she will be there to help you. Cuz she helped me and I don't regret the 40 bucks I spent on this color

I wish I would’ve gotten her name, I made a visit this morning 11/2 and she was so incredibly helpful and educated on how to achieve the results I’m looking for at home. She made me feel more comfortable about doing my hair at home and she was really informative on all of the products. So happy I stopped by to ask.

The employees ( I feel) should definitely have a little more training in actual cosmetology! Being a graduate myself,I'm able to pinpoint where they lack. Also.alot of the employees are more busy with "last night's gossip" than helping the customersUpdated Review: so I just left Sally’s to return 2 items I had purchased with cash & I had the receipt…the employee (Chloe) was adamant that I put my refund on a card!!! I was stunned bc I paid with cash so I wanted my refund in the same way I paid!!! She continued to try and convince me to put it on a card…finally I gave in and did!!! It’s now been over 24 hours and I’ve still not gotten my money!!! I’ve called the store & spoke with the same employee and she continues to assure me me it will be on there!!! I told her now like I told her at the store I paid with cash, so I want my refund in cash. This doesn’t even make sense. Sally’s and Campbellsville has the worst customer service I have ever seen something has to be done about this store!!!

Fine company just the absolute WORST customer service, they recommend using a credit/debit card just to double charge your card. They then will lie to you saying it only shows them one charge and refuse you a refund. Dealing with these people are a complete waste of time and money!!
