We have bought numerous amounts of groceries from the Green river Plaza store. On numerous occasions my family has had an issue with the meat we just bought going bad fast. We just bought ground beef on Sunday, I took it out to thaw and cook today. Well it literally was gray and smelled awful. We were told they couldn't give us an exchange without a receipt even though we had each package with it. This store has went down hill with work whom clearly could care less and we won't be shopping here any longer.

I've been shopping at this Kroger for 10+ years. The employees are usually great, but the two past interactions I've had with "Becky" have been very unprofessional. Last week when I picked up an online order I was over charged due to not being able to substitute a bag of chips which caused the "buy 2 get 2 free" promotion to be invalid and I was charged for 3 bags of chips. Not a big deal at all, online ordering has its issues. I went in to return the 3 bags to get 4 to check out in store and get the promotion. Becky told me the promotion online and in store labels were wrong and it was my fault for choosing chips not in the picture. When I picked the same bags in store, I got the buy 2 get 2 with no issues. You should not treat your customers like they're stupid and you should not tell customers that the corporate website is wrong. Tonight, I'm waiting in line for the self check out for a few minutes, as soon as it hits 9:45pm est the same employee comes over and tells me I can't use the self check out because they close them down at 9:45pm. I had 4 items, the people I was waiting on to finish were swiping their card, and I had been waiting since about 9:40. She refused to let me check out which would have taken 2 minutes max. Again, these two small issues are just that, small. But someone being so rude and unprofessional is very sad to see at an establishment I've always had good experiences in. I will still shop here, but I will not engage with this employee at all in the future.

I am a dedicated shopper at Kroger I will go out of my way in fact I drive 28 mi one way so that's 56 me I drive, to get to Kroger with my groceries. I love my Kroger..

Whenever you do the self-checkout that people who work there that it's working self checkout they can be really really smart aleck and it really ticks me off it's like they get kicked off when you need help on something

Absolute worst place ever. They excused us of steeling a pie we was trying to pay for. Refused to sell us 2 hotwheels. And took them 30 minutes to not even figure out why my WIC couldn't pay for baby food it clearly could buy. They don't know what they are doing there . Never coming back ever
