Kind fast friendly respectful n generous and do take the time to explain and I love them pharmacist they're are so friendly n kin! Fast to thru drive thru. I recommend everyone go there & the price is cheaper there as well with medication you need you go there prices are so dirt cheap ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I recently switched from a chain pharmacy and wanted to find an available pharmacy. Everyone was very nice but they stated they had my insurance information but I was pretty positive they didn't use it on my scripts. I paid full price. I was so sick that I just couldn't spend any additional time questioning it but I see now they did not bill my insurance. I sent an email with this information and never got any response.

I fed into the reviews and ads for this pharmacy to try it out. The first visit I went inside to pick up medicine and an employee thumbed through hanging bags of medicine forever to find mine and could not. This went on for a while until someone else assisted. No problem. Next visit came to pick up medication, also came inside. Told them my name, birthdate.. employee said ok.. Spent forever doing something on the computer never acknowledging me again until I asked if there was a problem. I said I have to pick up my son from daycare and I need to go. From this point on I would make sure to call first and ensure medication was ready for pick up. Each time they would give us a time to pick up and when we arrived it was not ready. I understand some things have to be mixed. But it seems an apparent lack of communication between employees every single time. One employee says one thing and there is always a reason or excuse when we come by as to why is different from what we were told. The patient portal thing offered does not seem to be accurate either as far as "ready" for pickup or what not. If it's 4 hours to get ready OK but don't tell us 4 hours and we show up and tell me to pull into the parking lot or it's not ready etc. Also had a representative while waiting on something else that wasn't ready when specified.. say we didn't know if you wanted to pay $x amount for the medication. I was dumbfounded because the cost was never brought up yet? You didn't even ask me this until now, so what do you mean you weren't sure if I wanted to pay this amount for it? Just all very chaotic.

Proud to say I chose Hometown to handle my prescriptions. I’ve never had a bad experience. These ladies are patient, kind, professional, and always smiling. No matter who picks up the phone, is at the counter, or at the window, I know they’ll take their time to help. A lot of them have even started recognizing my fiance as well. Shout out to Sydney, she’s been the most memorable so far. We love her! Choose local, choose a business that cares about you.
