A very clean, organized place to find great custom products! The staff was very busy, but acknowledged me when I walked through the door and offered assistance. I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, but they provided many options and excelled in customer service! I enjoy shopping local and I will definitely return in the future.

Ordered a letter jacket for my son in 2016. I ordered a size 18-20 but when it came in, as soon as I took it out of the box I could see it was too small. And it was size youth lg or xlg, not 18-20. My son could barely wear it through the rest of the school year. When I contacted the store about this, they said there are no refunds or exchanges since they are custom jackets. I wasn't aware of that policy, we live too far away for him to come in to try on beforehand. It was a Christmas gift anyway so it was supposed to be a surprise. Wasted $150+ which is a lot to me, and I still haven't been able to afford to buy him another jacket. I posted a review on their Facebook page at that time, I realize that was 2 years ago but I hadn't seen this review page until now and there was no response to the other review. Anyway, I was and am very dissatisfied. Hope I can get him a jacket before he finishes school.
