Requested style: I requested a pixie cut, and Mary faded my hair all the way up to the top of my head like a man's. I told her three times I did NOT want my hair cut short like a man's. She just kept saying I know and did it anyway. WORST haircut I have ever gotten in my entire 63 years. Mary needs to go back to school and learn to listen to her customers. I would NEVER recommend anyone EVER let Mary cut your hair.
Stylist: Mary was my stylist, and she did not do one thing I asked her to. She butchered my hair. It will be months before my hair grows out enough to even attempt another haircut. But it certainly will NOT be Mary who cuts it.

I had a great day yesterday. I walked in and immediately felt welcome. The ladies made me feel at home. I had no clue what I was going to do with my hair.lucky for me I was in luckI was in the hands of an expertly trained stylist Ms. Teri.. she made light work of the mop I brought her. It took her no time at all to shape me up. I'm so glad I picked Grate Clips. Go team Five stars

The worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Didn’t spray my hair down to cut the top , sides wasn’t faded in had jagged lines on side, thinned my front bangs out so bad I almost have bald spots. I completely shaved my head after this it was so horrible and I haven’t had a shaved head in 10+ years.
