This is the worst bank ever. I have never talked to bank tellers with less intelligence than here at Forcht bank. They have outdated rules and fail to accommodate to my college student needs, despite being a small bank. I can’t even make a cash deposit. Don’t bank here.

When we opened our account at Forcht, we had GREAT service. They then switched to the Interactive On Demand Banking. We were told that this would provide better and faster service. Many times I have to wait 15-30 mins before anyone comes on the ITM. They blame this on COVID, but this happened way before COVID. It is consistent. Also, the machine in several of the locations always seem to have some issue. The line of cars in Campbellsville and Greensburg are both 3-5 cars long. If it wasn’t for autopay, direct deposit, and Apple Pay, we would have left long ago. In person interaction with someone in our community is important.

There was a transaction error with my account after I visited the drive thru on demand banking. I didn’t notice until a few days later, which was a Sunday. I made a Facebook post asking if anyone knew an after hours contact number to fix my issue faster. An employee reached out to me via Facebook message to ask if I would allow them to Investigate my issue and fix it. The manager Lisa Pruitt went in after hours on her day off to get my funds deposited immediately. I was SO grateful! I understand that with new technology and human error, there are bound to be mistakes. But how fast and professionally they corrected it kept me from closing out my account and changing banks. I am so thankful for such a fast resolution! Thank you to Lisa and Chasity!
