FINALLY found a clinic we love, and our dog seems to love as well. All the staff is very personable and willing to listen! The place is very clean. A little more than previous vets we have visited, but for the level of care we receive, it is well worth our money. First vet we have gone to that actually provides us with updates on our pet. Will definitely continue going!

I would never recommend this place!! My dog is very nervous about vets because of some issues in the past so I made sure to tell these people before I made the appointment. They said they understood and that it was fine so I took him. The so-called vet never even tried to speak to him to try to help reassure him. She didn't take him into a room. She had me and my son to hold him down on the floor in the lobby while she gave him his shot..the whole time having a snear on her face. Btw..I do want to add that my dog was muzzled and on a harness. I always do that when taking him to the vet just to be safe. He's not aggressive but he is scared. I do not think she's an animal lover bc you can tell a huge difference between a vet who is an animal lover and her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE ANY OF YOUR ANIMALS TO SOMEONE ELSE BESIDES CROSSROADS!!!

After experiencing other vets in the area, I can safely say Crossroads is hands down the best. They seem to really care about your pets and take the time to sweet talk them and care for them how you'd want them. They also take the time to explain things to you, like aftercare, what to look for that could be an issue, and make sure you leave with all questions answered. They've been really good with all of our cats.

Very helpful in refilling our elderly labs medicine that we had forgotten at home when we extended our houseboat stay. Very friendly & knowledgeable. They will be who I call if a need arises while in Campbellsville!

My dog was seen immediately after an emergency situation and needed stitches. She was handled with care and is doing great. She was also spayed there 2 years ago and healed well. Staff was friendly, informative and honest about pricing.

My appointment went very well. My son's dog was taken care of. He was loved on by the Vet which meant a lot. The business was very clean and that's important. I was given medicine that seems to be doing the job well right now. My dog was very comfortable and the appointment was very good timing.

Their entire staff is top notch! Samantha at the desk is awesome, Wendy is the best with our pups and all of the Veterinarians have went above and beyond for all of our fur babies.

We have taken our dogs to Crossroads for several years. Always had excellent service and great care. Office people are always helpful both in person and on the phone. One vet even made a special house call for our Great Dane dieing from cancer. Very heartful care.

The receptionists are very compassionate and caring but the vet I saw was the opposite. My dog was a rare case, took him here because the vet we used was booked up for weeks and it was urgent. No X-rays or labs were done, he ultimately recommended surgery which of course I went with his recommendation. Returned a week later and the same vet wouldn't even see the dog, another vet did and she was clueless. When returning Monday he saw the same vet that did his surgery and his words to me were "there's not enough money in the world to save your dog" then he sent him home to die. This vet had zero compassion for my boy. I don't feel like he took his best interest in mind at all.
