Paid my bill the day it was due. In full. They turned it off anyway due to them not seeing the insurance charge. Still had to pay for my service PLUS reconnect fees. Management was useless. They made a mistake and we had to pay for it. Switching next month.

I had a young Lady today at the store ,that was the best customer service rep I have ever had ! She went above and beyond to help with a miss I brought in and did it with a smile and Professionalism and the other Lady there was as helpful!!

Very rude when asking questions. Don't believe in their offers it doesn't happen. Shop else where. Phone plans price are good but that's about it.
