My fiance is a truck driver and when he is on the road they shut off his card or on the bank app it will say user blocked. Where he can't use the bank card and its making him mad ? he is a truck driver he doesn't steal or anything I don't need my fiance going without on the road and he can't even use his card

Customer service could use a lot of work. The employees made me feel very small as if I didn’t deserve to breathe the same air as them.

Worst bank ever!! Do not use them the staff is great but the banking is garbage! They will shut down system and you can't do anything they will freeze yoyr account and They have no 24/7 customer service so friday after 5pm you are screwed if ilyour an OTR person it happens extremely often. Find another bank....

Excellent service...always. Bright, cheerful and looking for ways to help you. The negative reviews on here are most likely fake. Ignore them and make this your bank. Fast resolution of any issues. Care taken for protection from fraud. Easy wire transfer of money. Did I mention how friendly they are at all the branches?

Google says the bank opens at 8 am on Fridays but it doesn't actually open until 8:30 am.

They are FRAUDS who constantly trying to charge me and also ARE NEVER AVAILABLE WHEN I NEED TO SPEAK TO THEM!!!!!!

I will be switching banks very soon due to the poor customer service and their need to argue with the customers just to get the last word in. This isn't the first time either. This has happened several times. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and it's kinda sad they treat their customers like this. I'm just glad she choose me instead of a elderly person that can't process feelings. Because she had me so upset I wanted to say disrespectful things to her. But I didnt. I quietly stepped out of the room to avoid further words being exchanged. They froze my debit card without even notifying me. Apparently a vendor I used was reported as a possible fraud. So, imagine my suprise coming home from vacation and wanting to shop for my son and being told my card was declined knowing the money was in there. Not only was I embarrassed but also dissapointed. & Apparently they had canceled my card back in February and hadn't contacted me one time to notify me. So when I go today to get a new card made and this Erica Elder bank employee starts being rude and argumentative , so I decide that was the last straw. I strongly suggest no one use this bank.

Opened a bank account here. The bank is good. The debit card service is good too. The branches of this bank is not that much spread around the country.
