Me an my husband bought a truck from here about a week ago. We had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend Daxten O’Daniel. He was simply amazing. He made sure to explain an break it all down for us. He would constantly ask if we wanted something to drink while we was waiting. He asked what we was looking for an he got us in exactly what we wanted! Simply was one the easiest and best experience we have e be r had buying a vehicle. We will be returning customers of Daxten’s in the future.

Bought a car from here. Two months into driving it, started having mechanical issues. Took it to a professional shop and was told the engine had been welded together and they had never seen anything quite like it. I have to buy a new engine. Auto Smart sold me a lemon. Thank you so much! I will make sure that I let everyone I know how you treat your customers.

Guy in the parts department refused to help me at all. Pretty rude and had a smart tone to him, l asked for a part number and he refused to give it to me. l then just asked if he could ship me the part l need, he also refused that to which l replied "uhh okay" and he hung up on me. l dont think l've ever left a review for anything in my life but this guy was absolutely awful.

Recently just bought a car from auto smart, I was super impressed at the way the process went, Shane is mega awesome he lets you see vehicles and doesn’t put pressure on you to buy it.. also after buying the vehicle a couple days later he saw I was trying to sell my old vehicle he tells me to bring it in and he will try to get it sold for.. I took it there and boom sold and gave me what I wanted for the old car. I’m just really impressed with how everything went and I’m loving my new car. Don’t make me regret it Shane

Parts department has very poor customer service no help at all. Bought parts part broke day recieved and Tony refused to help any at all toward making it right I would not recommend buying any artic cat parts from this place...awful customer service.

called to ask about getting a part for an atv and the fella I spoke with acted like he didn't have time to help me , he was very short with me and also let me know that he couldn't mess with something like that especially since it was so old (as he snickered) . personally wouldn't recommend them unless it was for a poor attitude award!
