well I was there quite awhile paid my bill every month.. and never got any thing stolen or never got broke into.. they were always friendly n courteous to me.. thanks blue roof..

I've used Blue Roof on more than one occasion and I'm never disappointed. I went to another place once because I couldnt get the size I needed from Blue Roof. My storage was broken into within 1 month. Never again. I'll go to Blue Roof or no where at all.

We just rented this storage spot maybe 4 or 5 days ago ... we come back to it and locks have been cut off and they have no reason to no reason why to cut them off.. told us we might as well put up a welcome sign to our stuff cuz they are easy to cut off... not responsibe for that... really why do you have cameras and a security fence... and then treated rudely... and I dont recommend this spot to anyone...

The owner of this company is a fraud, an animal abuser and an absolute crook. He gets his high on locking everyone's storage units up between midnight - 6am on the 1st of every month and then loves to antagonize the renters, so that he can call the cops. This man and his wife should be in jail!!

horrible customer service, people's units are constantly being broken in to and things stolen. Even with police reports nothing is being done and they have no camera on property! When I called to complain to management about my stores belongings being stolen, he yelled at me and told me not to call back!! Very rude! Very unprofessional! I will never use them again.!!
