Beware. Sold me a truck with a hole in the frame. After sending me a video of the undercarriage and claiming that everything was fine. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Deflected blame when I challenged them. Untrustworthy people and pushing damaged vehicles out the door. Several estimates to get the truck “safe to drive” coming in between 7-10k. Again, beware of who you might be doing business with.

Do your research first and avoid the service department at all costs. The last 3 vehicles we've bought from here have all been lemons having major failures within the first week of purchase. Even with the warranty the service department overcharges for nonsense things and has even broken multiple parts on the vehicles and demanded we pay for the repairs out of pocket. They don't even know how to change a tire, having busted off the tpms sensor multiple times and still refuses to pay for it. Stay away, vehicles are not inspected and are overpriced, and the service department can't seem to do the simplest things.

Stay away from this dealership sell you completely junk way over priced. I bought a truck within a week of having it my brake lines went out all four tires was bald as can be ..needed brake pads now I have a rusted out gas line I look under my truck and it completely rusted out no way this truck passed inspection stay away from this horrible dealership

Not happy at all about my purchase here! I just went and put a review on Facebook and looked liked they bought some reviews. All you have to do is read them? Makes no sense. I’ve had my car for maybe three months. I feel like I was taken advantage of due to the car being in the shape it is. The problems on the computer were erased yet came back a couple days after purchase. The car is on its way to breaking down. The above light plate fell off, where the key goes in on the outside , fell off, the speakers stopped working, the radio literally fell out yesterday… and now in the last couple days it wouldn’t start. Not the battery but the starter! They will harass you about payments and after you purchase all the friendliness disappears!! I believe I was sold a lemon but no clue what to do about it besides paying way too much for my 2008 vehicle!!!!!

Original I bought a Ram Classic and told it would it would pull my camper, not. Then Donny Byrd worked to get me a 2018 big horn which I ended paying over 42k and not a week in had to put new breaks, rotors on after being told by Byrd his service people checked it out and it was good. Then after 1-2 months the abs breaks were bad. The plugs were bad. In a nutshell I spent another $4000 to get it fixed. Go see Don Franklin if you need a truck!
