Twice I have been straight up been lied to or misinformed by the employees here. One time a male employee told me that since I was upgrading then I wouldn’t be charged an activation fee. The activation fee was on my bill, and I called customer service and they told me there was nothing could do and the employee was dishonest. The second incident was when I added another phone to my plan, and was informed the bill would not be prorated and I would just be charged the one monthly fee, one time activation fee, and the installment fee on the next bill. Wrong. I got an insane bill in the mail that was saying I owed over 500. I had to call customer service and be on the phone with them for over an hour to get it fixed and brought to the price it should have been!! The Bowling Green location is much better and they will be getting my business from now on because they employees here lie to you about what you’ll be charged.

No improvement needed our rep Dustin was awesome and stayed and hour after closing time and didn't think anything about getting off from work he only thought about getting us taking care of 100% and satisfied Dustin is the best rep I have ever dealt with in my career of 7 years of sale Dustin definitely needs a raise not one time did he even think about his shift ending and actually after he got us taken care of he didn't even know it was time for him to leave an hour before that's how I know Dustin is one of the best sales reps I've ever came across he has a good heart and he cares about people so if you're ever there waiting and there is a sales rep named Dustin trust me he's worth your wait, the only thing he stayed focused on is making sure we were happy financially we were okay with what we had to pay and what we were going to pay for a service and he probably worked with us for about two and a half maybe 3 hours and also worked an hour over his shift so that man there cares a lot and in all honesty I really think if they had Dustin as the store manager things would be a whole lot better at AT&t and if he was store manager and hired people that cares like him that would be the best place to buy a cell phone ever and it's not really the service it's the people am all I have to say is thank you Dustin your best of the best and we highly appreciate you and your help!!!!!

Needed to switch a broken T-Mobile phone over to a new phone with ATT service. One person on duty this Sunday afternoon, but she welcomed us immediately and said she could be with me & my daughter shortly. When available, she was knowledgeable about option and costs, quick about it, and did it within our budget...I wish all phone stores were as efficient, knowledgeable and helpful as she was on that Sunday afternoon!

Tried trial session nighthawk hotbox and it wasn’t communicated to me that I would be charged with a restocking fee if I returned it. It also wasn’t communicated to me that I would need to cancel the service line upon returning the device which resulted in 120$ added to my bill. Called the store and female representative hung up on me.

Sydnie fields was the representative that took care of me and in my opinion should be a store manager!She hands down has been the most attentive AT&T representative I've had the pleasure of helping me bar none!Would definitely recommend her to family and friends!!! 5⭐️'s

The service rep wouldn’t give us the 20% discount on the three accessories we bought because she didn’t give it before she charged us and didn’t want to do the refund afterwards. She didn’t want the hassle. I was highly disappointed

I just had the absolute worst experience with this store! To start off I went into the store for the fact that my phone was not working and had not been for two days and I could not get anyone to help me over the phone. I ended up leaving the store with a totally different package that I wasn’t aware of. cases, chargers, and EarPods that I was told were free that no they were added to my bill I was told my bill was a certain amount wrong again it was triple what they told me in the store. I have been with AT&T for the past 10 years as a prepaid customer. I am seriously debating switching over now just because of the lies and the deceit that happened in our local Campbellsville store.

Olivia was extremely helpful. She helped me decide which phone was best for me and set me up with a great plan that matches my budget. She also helped another customer who was having a heart attack by reviving the customer using the power of CPR. The whole store clapped. Give Olivia a raise.

I've been trying to start service with them for almost 2months and every single time it's something different. First time they "couldn't" type in id numbers...then they couldn't do it because of "credit" when the last time they pulled mine it was allowing it without an $800 down payment. And then they wanna be like well we can just give you a new SIM card for your phone you have now....why would I pay almost $200 a month for service on a trash phone? I honestly wouldn't recommend this company for anything

This store is a joke , called to confirm they had the product I needed , was assured by the sales girl , even had her check and was totally assured the product was there , drove down and the she suddenly doesn’t have the correct item and then tried to sell me a $50 more expensive product . What a joke and waste of your timeI will be contacting the store manager and coprate office !!
