LeAnn was very nice and understanding with me about the issues I have picking up oversize/heavy packages that they cannot deliver to my house. We worked together and came up with a solution that works for us and them. Couldn't be happier with the professionalism during our conversation.

I guess they removed my last review.First there’s no parking. You’re supposed to park at the very back of the building and walk all the way to the front. But even then there’s only 1 or two parking spots.My main issue with this post office is they are NEVER OPEN when I try and send packages. They move their hours around for lunch more than I send packages in a whole year, and that’s saying something! It use to be the wrong time shown on Google which after the 4th time of trying to mail packages AT DIFFERENT TIMES only to find out they were closed for lunch every time, I left a bad review.Now their lunch is from 11:30-1. I should have known better to check to see if they changed their lunch times AGAIN before loading my pregnant self, a toddler, and trying carry a package in to be shipped. I’m so over this post office.

Packages are never delivered to my house, even though I watch for them... Today I chased the mail truck down to retrieve them (1st delivery attempt of Christmas gifts), and they weren’t even in the mail truck for delivery, they just left them at the post office for me to pick up. I spend more time delivering my own packages than they do. Absolutely horrible.

They close too early and my packages don’t go to my home instead they go here and make a big delay!!

Staffed with only Knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing soldiers, they stand ready to make your mailing nightmares a thing of the past. Friendly efficient service. Limited but adaquate parking behind the Post Office. One parking space reserved for handicapped patrons in front and accessible facilities. Although I live just outside of New Castle, my mail is delivered by this Post Office. Delivery is consistently dependable and delivery errors very uncommon. When I need a special service the staff are very accommodating. And, unlike many business today, they can be easily contacted by telephone.
