Great place had them slaughter two lambs for me great in sealed packages. Nothing but good things say about these guys!

Have had several beef processed at Trackside since the business opened a few years ago. The beef has been for my personal consumption as well as my families consumption and other families. The personnel are very professional and helpful, and the meat is always processed and cut as requested.
