Chloe has been cutting my hair since Karen left. She is notoriously late for appointments. Just got a call, less than 24 hours before my appointment, advising me that she will not be working in the Ozark location on Wednesday as she will be in Enterprise. Very poor customer relations. God luck to the people in Enterprise

She did absolutely amazing on my hair. She took her time and I love it. I've gotten so many compliments and I feel great!!!! ? definitely recommend her. She's amazing. Won't go anywhere else to get my hair done ever except her.

My husband needed his suit sleeves altered for his granddaughter's wedding. Since Kim had such great reviews, we assumed she would be ideal to do the job. Plus, her shop was located close to our home.But, we were very disappointed!One sleeve was noticeably shorter than the other . We were not the only ones at the wedding who noticed this mistake.After the wedding, my husband took the suit back and she would not correct it. She said "it was just the way he was standing"! For a charge of $50.00, we expected her to do a better job. Needless to say, we will not be using her services again!

I think the world of Kim and Chelsy. They will go above and beyond to give u whatever u there to get. Kim does awesome with anything u need fixed, sewed, made or even remade. She awesome with hair too. My girlie Chelsy is the bomb when it comes to color. I haven't let or had to many people color my hair, but Chelsy is on spot the best I've ever had. She also does everything else as well but I'm glad she younger than me cuz that way I'll have her till death do us part. Thank u to both ladies for always helping me with my needs when I come to u. Oh, also their prices are fantastic too and products!
