Def pump went out in my truck. Got here checked in with Mike (i believe his name was), dropped my trailer, and finished checking in with Bill. Bill handled everything well. Got my codes & i parked my truck in the waiting line. By the time i walked my dog to the Macdonalds and back, my truck was in the bay!!! I was really shocked!! Was out by the time they closed! Their shower was better than loves, and I didn't have to wait for hours...Definitely the best shop I've broken down near! & JOE made it 20x better!!! DRIVERS IF YOU NEED A RIDE CALL JOE!!!!

5 long days stuck here. Thought problem was covered under warranty. They did work on it without letting me know it wasn't covered. When it was finally fixed I got stuck with a huge unexpected bill. Not happy at all.

Great customer service and there's a big lot you can drop off your trailer and they have a couple hotels near by u can literally walk to them

Friendly staff, waiting lounge with 2 vending machines, kerug, restroom (shower available) and most importantly fast service. Came in with a coolant leak, and it was repaired the same day. Thank you, TAG Team

Stopped in to check on getting a hub cab replaced, service manager said it might be a Little bit. Checked with parts manager, got me everything I need to do it myself. Huge thanks for getting me back on the road ASAP

These people are true professionals! My truck was in a bad shape and i was frustrated but they assured me they would do their best and they absolutely got my truck to work and got me back on the road!
The manager (Linda) has a vast knowledge about trucks and repairs and she is such a kind soul and very hardworking as well.
She offered to put me in a hotel as the parts didn't come in that day and I needed to sleep over.
The Drivers Lounge was very clean and had a shower for drivers as well as recliner seats.
Awesome people! They treat you like family!
I strongly recommend this shop to my fellow professional drivers!

If you’re lucky your truck don’t break down near by this shop they will keep you waiting hours for little repair to add more hours and get as much money as they can .
I hope I never break down near by!! even if I breakdown near by I prefer to be towed to truck center MT Vernon IL could be cheaper .

We had a driver come by there and he wanted to make sure that you guys received credit for being exemplary. He lost a pin and would have lost his stack without it . He was driven across the street by an employee and they even helped get everything sorted until he was fully taken care of. He stated that you guys wouldn't accept payment for the help but just gave him a hard time about his Peterbilt ! LOL! Bennett Family of Companies wants to thank you for taking care of our Ray ! We will be sure to send our guys that way if they need anything out that way !

Had two fuel filters replaced. Should have been done in about 30 minutes or less but they put down 1.5 hours labor at $180 dollars an hour. They must have started charging hourly as soon as I checked in. Took them awhile just to get it in the shop. Total cost was $345 and some change. Bill was settled with my company and I still waited for about another 20 minutes or so before they let me know it was ready and that’s only because I called them out on it. Would not recommend them unless it’s an absolute must. I’ll call someone else the next time I need something. Would give 0 stars if I could but that’s not an option.
