Very disappointed!! Killed my deer November 26th. Went to pick my deer up today and the head was not caped out and my meat was not frozen. I believe my deer meat was sold and they give me someone else's deer meat. I hope they make it right with me on my deer heads. I payed them $70.00 to cape it out and it was not froze and it was rotten so I had to cut horns off head.

Had deer dropped off when deer was finished went to go pick up misunderstanding on prices Had issues taken care of then get a phone call arguing with me about the issues and getting smart when trying to explain about it over the phone he acted like he could care less and hung up on me in mid sentence.

Really disappointed in our portion of meat we got back from our cow. Nothing is packaged how we asked. I have cuts I didn’t ask for and my 1# rolls of ground beef are weighing out at closer to 2 pounds each. None of them are consistent or even close. We have meat that’s not labeled. Some pieces are not sealed. My MILs portion was pitiful as well and not even close to what she ordered. After asking around I found a few friends who have tried this processor as well and were not satisfied. I will be putting more effort into getting a spot early on at our regular processor from here on out. For the money (almost double our usual kill bill at past processors) it was not worth it at all. I don’t usually leave reviews especially not negative ones but this was just a bad experience.

AVOID this place!!!-My summer sausage was raw in the middle-the employees are very disorganized-Poor communication.-Poorly run business and made little effort to correct my problems.I dropped off a deer in November of 2020. I told the employee I needed the meat frozen for travel on a plane. I paid $20 for a rush order. Two days later, they meat wasn't frozen. The employee said he could give me someone else's frozen meat. I asked for butterfly cuts but I got a whole cut. THE card showed it but they didn't do it. I asked for my antlers and the employee couldn't find them. We waited 15 minutes and he finally found them. Lastly, he asked how many bolognas I ordered. I didn't order any. He was confused because the card was circled.I spoke to the owner on the phone and told him about the raw summer sausage and asked him how to finish cooking it. He said, “I guess we don’t know how to cook summer sausage so I can’t help you”. That sums up this place.-based on my experience, there is a good chance you are getting another person's deer/meat and not yours.

We went there today. I got some deer jerky and beef summer sausage and they were really good, prices were ok, and the service was great. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because there was very little product to choose from today. We will try again during the week next time.

Great people and awesome deer meat. Go there and buy deer bacon and more! So good.
