Great customer service. It’s refreshing to find a pharmacy that makes you feel like you can ask anything and get an informed answer. They take the time to get to know you and make you feel welcome and like part of the family. The customer service in this local pharmacy will always be willing go the extra mile when compared to CVS or Walgreens. You’re greeted with a smile and they take the extra time to make your visit personable. Best pharmacy around!

The ladies at Calvert City Pharmacy are great! Everytime I go in there, they are super nice with big smiles. To have such a good pharmacy with great people that work there is great for Calvert city!

The pharmacy staff are very friendly and gets everything out in a timely manner. I’m greeted with a friendly smile every time I come through the drive-thru.

The absolute worst pharmacy we've ever came across. Full of snobby, rude women with no class! I promise you if they wasn't the only pharmacy in Calvert city, they would go out of business. If it wasn't so stressful, it would actually be comical to watch them "work" with such a low IQ. You "ladies" really need a reality check. And FYI leggings aren't for everyone lmao ?

Worst service imaginable! The rudest group of women we've ever encountered. You get better professionalism at a McDonald's than at this place. It's a joke! Ur better off driving out of the way to get good service rather than deal with the ratchet group of women there that have zero class!

This is place has taken care of my family and I for as long as I can remember. The staff is great and they go out of there way to meet their customers needs. If I had to recommend a locally owned pharmacy, I would choose this one any day!!

Very friendly staff I would recommend going to them any day of the week! Their hours are amazing! Monday-Friday 8:30-2:30 Saturday 8:30-12:30!!! Everytime I go I get the best people in the world GREAT customer service!

Been using them for 2 years now and the last 6 or 8 months or more they have went downhill so bad it’s mind blowing! They have become the rudest group of women that I’ve ever encountered! They use to have such a friendly staff but all those ladies are now gone. I’m all for supporting local businesses but with the staff they have now, I would recommend Walmart or CVS! If you can avoid this place it would be in your best interests to do so!
