I would like to say that the wide selection of tools, supplies, PPE, and consumables is the best part of Draffen's, but as good as that is, their customer service far exceeds the admittedly impressive selection of products that they have on hand. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer every time I step through the door. I've been in this industry for almost two decades and visited industrial supply stores all over the country, and Draffen's is at the top of the list for me in terms of overall experience.
