Paid for $50 in gas. Truck only held $47.50
It was a debit purchase and the clerk refused to give me my money back
Clerk insisted it was policy that the pump would know to refund the $2.50 back to my card.
I have not received my money.

We just stopped in on our way back from Florida heading home to Minnesota to get gas, bathroom and most importantly buy a Kentucky Post Card. Teresa is a super nice and friendly worker!! I bought a post card that I needed to send my grandson - asked if there was somewhere close to mail. She said “if you fill it out and it’s ready to be mailed, that she personally would mail it for me today!!! WOW SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you Teresa!

Bad experience at this shell. The worker was a young man who was on his phone when we walked up to the counter to buy a drink, he proceeded to stay on his phone and leaned over the counter 10 seconds after we placed the drink down to pay. We left before he even rang up the drink and he did not say a word the entire time.

IT IS NOT 24 HOUR SERVICE!!! Incorrect hours posted on Google! PLEASE UPDATE! I pulled up at 9:50pm and right as I started to use the pump, it shut off and came up with the message shown in picture.What a waste of time!

Do not fall for the build boards. They are not newly renovated they are renovating. There restrooms are not clean and they stink. They are old and falling apart. I can be months before they are finished. They don't have hardly any selections. Just gas up somewhere else. Dame liars.

Needed gas, sign said be back in 30 minutes. Waited awhile and went up to the door and a large gentleman was sitting on his phone. Looked up at me and then pointed at the sign. Hahahah lazy, horrible service. Go to bp across the street it was great.

The bathroom was very unacceptable. There was no lock on the men's bathroom door and there wasn't even toilet paper, soap or paper towels. It was dirty, and smelled like urine.

I’ve been to some nasty gas station bathrooms before in my life, and this fits the list. I wanted to stop here instead of the BP, since BPs are usually neglected and disgusting, but wow. Fiancé said the urinals were caked with very old pee. Women’s restroom was pretty neglected but hey at least there was soap in that restroom

The knickknacks are all right but the bathrooms were awful, there was half an inch of dust bunny on the air vent, smelled awful(not poo) and seems like it haven’t been cleaned in forever.

Yuck! Dirty bathroom, broken toilet seat. No toilet paper, soaps out of soap, go somewhere else.

We were able to come into the gas station with a large box truck and trailer without any issues. Pretty large parking lot!
