This place has some good deals on occasion but ALWAYS check your receipt. My daughter and I went shopping there two days ago. She bought several pictures for her house. The sticker on one of the pictures said $12.59. We got to the car and she looked at her receipt and she was charged $15.99. I told her I would go in and show them the mistake and get the money back. I went to the clerk and she said “No that’s the right price.” I said but here is the sticker that says $12.59. She said that they had new management and that the prices were all different and that they haven’t changed them. She said they won’t HONOR the sticker price and that she was just going to give me a refund on the picture.So I guess the new manager’s are going to increase all the prices in the store apparently. So another ridiculous customer service story.I’ve realized this small town doesn’t have a lot going for it.

We walked out when we got there. Drove over an hour to go there and we had to go to bathroom. Got inside and they are closed to the public. If the store is open they need to open bathrooms. We won’t go back Not good way to do a business.

Unlike previous reviews I was made aware the bathrooms are now open for customer use..Apparently roses is one of the oldest 5 and 10 stores in america. A wide selection of name brand items and some not so well known..It's like a much bigger dollar general/big lots. Some leggings I found were pretty cute, name brand. Lots to look at.My friend found some mens boots that were just what they were looking for at 24.99. Not necessarily a discount store but a mix of random things some of which were worth rummaging for. In total I ended up spending 120 ish dollars and am definitely willing now to stop to check on some deals from here again.

What a welcome addition to Cadiz! Good selection of items in just about every category for daily shopping. Friendly staff...clean store and great parking!

They haven't been open long and apparently they already had alot of theft so now their restrooms are now closed to the public. They can just put up better camera systems....
