We’ve been coming here for a decades. We’ve seen a lot of changes some good some bad more good lately than bad. Highly recommend to get away from the busy city environment and get back to a slower pace. This is our kids, favorite family vacation. They look forward to coming here more so than going to Disney.

Support staff very friendly. Park amenities were all closed! BAD MANAGEMENT! Stables closed. Lake swim area closed. Kids playground closed. Swimming pool closed. Trails not maintained.

We did not stay at the lodge, but others in our family said it was great. We slept on our boat in the marina and enjoyed it a lot. It was everything we expected and more. Other boaters were very friendly and everyone helped us find our way.

Rooms are small and simple COST WAY TO MUCH For what you get !!! NICE VIEWS THO. ARCADE IS A FKCN JOKE EX. NICE NEW POOL TABLE BUT STICKS ARE ALL BAD NO TIPS AND BENT , ARCADE MACHINES DONT WORK but free lol, THEY HAVE AN AIR HOCKEY MACHINE BUT ITS NOT PLUGED IN SO IT DONT WORK .
THE NATURE PLACE IS NICE * RESTAURANT HAS GOOD FOOD . THANKS TO A COOK named -LAURENCE .
Rooms: Small but good views BUT no fridge IN ROOM,
Nearby activities: Swimming, boating,fishing,rent jet skies and boats at the nearby marina .

Windows on the waters restaurant is very nice. I had the salad bar.

Really nice Cottage Lodge on the lake and great food and the rooms could use a little upgrade and refrigerators and microwaves but overall it's a great place

Had a campsite this is the worst park I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. To level your camper you will need 8-10” or better pitch and roll. The water pressure is non existent at 10-15psi and is no better in the bath house. Note in the video both hot and cold valves are full open.
Stay away is all I can say!

I declare the most outstanding services Gideons International had this past Memorial Day Weekend. "Jasmine" coordinated our Pastors Banquet in the convention center w about 90 persons in attedance. I cannot say enough about the planning, preparations, access to decorate, every table, speaker stand, food tables etc where precisely placed, clean and ready in plenty of time! The FOOD was spectacular and our meal order was modified so we received exactly what we desired on the buffet. I highly recommend working w "Jasmine" for all your gathering needs. We are so very pleased and thankful. We Praise God for this most successful event and the service provided.
Food & drinks: We had a buffet of fried chicken, pulled pork bbq, salads n veggies plus various cobblers...it was delicious.
