Hancock's Neighborhood Market began doing business in Cadiz, Ky., in December of 1991. Don and Pat Hancock, owners, expanded their business from Princeton into the Cadiz market with their daughter Mallory as manager. They began with 15 employees and have grown to employ around 50 full and part-time workers. They have expanded every department in the store over the 22 years they have been in operation. In April of 2009, Mallory and her sister Allison purchased the business from their parents. They continue to operate with the same philosophy as their parents. The sisters are very focused on offering the finest customer service brought to you by friendly employees. They pride themselves on having the freshest of quality meats and produce.
