“"Low tire pressure warning " Not something you like seeing in your dash while traveling in the country 800+ miles from home! Luckily this shop showed up while searching and was close enough to make it before the tire was permanently damaged. They were busy, but stopped what they were doing to remove the tire and make sure it was patchable. My truck is new with 20" Aluminum rims. The mechanic was a professional and took all the precautions not to scratch it while separating the tire from the rim. They actually patched the tire from the inside as it should be, mounted the tire back on the rim and then back on the truck. Looked up the torque spec for my HD truck axle and actually used a torque wrench. I was greatly impressed. Been in this situation many times in the past and most other places/mechanics just don't seem to care as much anymore and always screw something up. We were back on the road in less than 20 minutes and the price was very reasonable, I actually expected it to cost more. I tipped the Mechanic and thanked him for an excellent job, as everyone should do. People should realize that good people that work on your vehicle are probably some of the most important people in your life. Just as important as finding a good doctor!”

“UPDATE: three years or so after my purchase, truck broke down, the extended warranty company is trying to exclude some repairs, I called Wildcat to see if i can add powertrain coverage, they said i should already have it and if the repair was being refused by the warranty company, Wildcat will pay for the repair and get compensated by the warranty company. THIS is great service after the sale and would come back to purchase future trucks. THANK YOU.
Was on the road from Florida back to Kansas, been looking for a new/newer truck. They had one. Such a great group of people from sale people to service dept. Had issues transferring 5th wheel tow hitch, Mike (manager) went out of his way and i bought his so i can get back on my way home, was a 5 hour delay for the whole purchase and ironing out the problems, but it was a pleasure. When we come through again we will stop by to visit...or buy again. Thanks”

“Paul and Logan are both great individuals. Their knowledge about transmissions is outstanding but their customer service and support is even greater. They rebuilt my oldest son’s transmission in his truck very quick and for a great price. You can’t beat their prices compared to other shops around. But don’t just base your rebuild on just price. These two will help you with any questions, concerns or adjustments even after the repairs. I highly recommend these two for any transmission rebuild.”
“We were traveling on I-24 when we struck a 6x6 about 12" long and it made a horrible bang under our car. We pulled off the Cadiz exit and to the Marathon gas station as the underside of the car was making chattering and scraping sounds. I looked under the car and the under engine cover was torn loose and dragging. I asked the Marathon clerk who could help and she recommended Hometown Auto. I called and they said bring it in and we'll take a look. We drove there, pulled in and they immediately jacked up the car and saw the same problem as me. We went in to wait while they removed the damaged cover. They checked for any other damage and any fluids leaking. All good. They saved me all the fasteners and showed us where the 6x6 had punched a hole through the cover and tore it loose. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and they only charged us $20. We have them $40 and it was a great local business experience. Thanks to the folks at Hometown Auto.”
