My grandma bought a car here. Said all it needed was a water pump so she paid them extra to put it on. 2 days later they said it was ready so she paid cash for it. I know you get what you pay for, but she doesn’t have a lot however she hasn’t had the car a full week and it’s already messed up. To do an elderly lady like this is so upsetting. She has a disabled daughter and needs a vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend!!

Sold me a car he said was his moms, two days later the gear shifter stopped working. Took it to be looked at and the transmission was also bad. Here I am a few months later with a car I spent all my money on that completely messed up. He lied. 10/10 would not recommend.

We was pleased with the service and kindness we were shown, however they were things clearly wrong with the vehicle that they quit obviously covered up. (This was also verified my a mechanic). We paid quit a bit of money CASH and had to put it in the shop as soon as we got it. It is in the shop now and so far we have spent $1000.00 extra on a vehicle that should have been drivable when we got it. No one wants to buy a vehicle just to put it in the shop days later after having it. Me and my husband had even agreed at the beginning that we were coming back to buy another vehicle from them. But this happened and I would not recommend anyone go there, if you do thoroughly and I mean thoroughly check the vehicle. I am not one to post reviews but to be done this way is just unacceptable on so many levels. When we took it to the shop we said well maybe they didn’t even know about it, but the mechanic said it was clear they tried to cover it up. I am just disappointed with my experience. Thank you for reading and I do apologize that I had to do this review.

I am in western NC. I saw and ad for a car I liked at JR Auto sells. I called and Poke to JR. JR politely completed every request including lots of pictures. JR was honest and upfront with both the good and the bad about the vehicle. I bought the car based on JR'S word and pictures. JR helped w finding a transport and I recieved the car yesterday. Very happy with JR and my car. I would highly recommend dealing with JR for a great and honest deal.
