I had an absolutely frustrating experience with the service provided at this establishment. All I wanted was to get my diabetes medication—a critical matter of health—and I encountered nothing but incompetence and rudeness.
After my doctor called in a prior authorization, I was told by Molly that it wasn’t done. Fine, I followed up myself, only to later discover that Molly had given my DR the wrong number. When I called back to speak to a manager, I was met with Dreama, whose attitude was beyond disrespectful. The way she spoke to me, a grown man and paying customer, was condescending, as if I were a child. It was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable.
This isn’t just about the medication—it’s about the utter lack of customer service. Mistakes happen, but the refusal to take accountability and the dismissive attitude were inexcusable. I’d rather deal with an AI than with individuals who treat customers so poorly.
If you value your health and dignity, I’d recommend finding another establishment where customer service actuall cares!

Don’t go here if you’re sick/same-day surgery/ or diabetic, and picking up prescriptions the same day. These jokers say the prescription is ready at 1- but then they close for another hour. Who has the time to sit around in a parking lot with someone in pain, or is ill? There are more reliable places out there.

Very helpful staff member helping in the aisles. She was helping a gentleman with locked up stuff. I didn’t wanna know tho. So I then proceeding to wait patiently for my after surgery boo-boo needed med that was hiding on a bottom shelf. Too expensive. But I got it so still 5 star for the wonderful lady. :)

Too slow. Never have a doctor called in Rx ready when I come in to get it. Think they wait until people come in to get it before they work on it.

I made an online appointment for a COVID-19 test, but when I showed up at the drive-thru, the pharmacy technician told me "We haven't had those tests in stock for weeks!" EPIC FAIL!

My photo order was ready in minutes. The cashier, Rhonda, was especially polite and nice. Such a pleasant person. She even said we had $10 off from our rewards.

They are not professional, every time I receive a message that my medication is ready, and when I go to pick it up, they tell me they haven't received anything.very bad experience for many times, bad service.
